Racial Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace

This interactive workshop aims to develop the capacity of participants to better understand and challenge racial inequities in the workplace. Participants are empowered with skills to identify and correct previously unrecognised patterns which could negatively impact diversity efforts. With shared language and a clearer understanding of how institutions and systems are producing unjust and inequitable outcomes, participants should leave the training better equipped to embed racial equity and inclusion in the workplace.
